Return Policies

Conditions

  • Return requests must be made through our WhatsApp: +55 (19) 99931-7738;
  • The customer must report any defect(s) within 2 days of receiving the product;
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility;
  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received (with all tags and accessories it came with);

Not qualified for returns:

  • If the reason(s) for the complaint were clearly stated in the product listing (including any notes in the description) and the price was adjusted accordingly;

  • If the customer did not confirm the item's size before purchase;

  • If the item was priced at €10 or less.

Motives behind the policies:

  • Since we carry only one unit of each item, having a product out of stock, dealing with the logistics of its return, waiting for it to arrive, and having to list it again — due to the customer’s lack of attention — severely affects us, as we are an online thrift store.
  • Signs of wear and time are part of what makes vintage pieces unique. We always take great care to inform, through both text and photos, any possible details that may affect the item's quality, and we price items accordingly.
